Our field engineers continue to undertake on-site inspections and surveys. They do not need to physically enter your property. Enhanced C-19 measures are in place to ensure the safety of all.
We are here to assist property owners with off mains drainage systems such as septic tanks. Septic tank emptying can either be planned (most septic tanks require routine annual emptying) or reactive if you are experiencing any problems with your system backing up.
Septic tank emptying is a highly specialist task, so we work in partnership with a network of brilliant companies across the UK who can assist our customers. So, if you need septic tank emptying services, this is who we would recommend. Below are links to their websites, so give them a call and they’ll be pleased to assist.

Generally speaking, a septic tank should be emptied annually. There are some instances in which a tank may require less frequent emptying, but if you are unsure you should take advice from a local tank emptying specialist.
There can be quite a variation in the price of septic tank emptying, depending on where you live. However, as a general guide an average emptying cost would be between £160 and £200 (VAT is not usually charged).
